Dear Friends and Vern Fans,
Thank so much for your generosity in giving to Food for the Poor through the DragonEye, PI story, "Christmas Spirits." Vern is slightly disappointed that we didn't earn enough for a cow, but Grace was enchanted by the thought of sending a donkey to someone for Christmas, and we all agreed water is more important, so we settled on a pump, a donkey and a goat.

I'm completely thrilled at the success of this story, and plan on doing it again next year. In fact, the kids have already started helping me figure out the story. It will be in the Neeta Lyffe, Zombie Exterminator, universe. Vern is not happy about a zombie story, but it's going to be a lot of fun!
